International purchases are shipped via DHL with or without signature required. signature required have additional fee by DHL Shipping/package protection insurance is optional 1% of the purchase price.

No, All sales are final except in the very rare case of inauthenticity we offer MONEY BACK if proven fake with documentation from legitimate and trusted authenticators. Each item is purchased "AS IS". While KPCCS provides a guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship on behalf of the brands sold on KPCCS This includes all product defects such as uneven stitching and general brand quality. Most of the ultra luxury products sold on KPCCS are handmade by brand artisans and contain slight variations.
